Blustery start to the week in Kamloops

KAMLOOPS – Environment Canada is forecasting a windy start to the week with some rain tomorrow, but don't worry, the sunshine will be back.

Today, Sept. 26, will be the warmest day of the week with a mix of sun and cloud and a high of 25 Celsuis. The wind will pickup to 30 kilometres per hour near noon.

The wind really kicks up overnight with gusts of up to 50 km/h. It will be partly cloudy with a 30 per cent chance of showers and a low of 12 C tonight.

The gusty winds will become light and the skies will clear tomorrow morning. Expect sunshine for the rest of the day with a high of 19 C. Clear overnight with the low down to 4 C.

The forecast calls for sunshine and highs around 20 C for Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. The overnight lows will drop to around 8 C.

The normal temperatures for this time of year are highs of 19 C and lows of 6 C.
