2015-16: $2.4 billion (April’s budget) vs. -$3.0 billion (Friday’s fiscal update)
2016-17: $2.7 billion vs. -$3.9 billion
2017-18: $3.6 billion vs. -$2.4 billion
2018-19: $4.6 billion vs. -$1.4 billion
2019-20: $7.8 billion vs. $1.7 billion
