Kinross Gold Corp. (TSX:K). Miner. Down five cents, or 0.71 per cent, to $6.96 on 7.1 million shares.
B2Gold Corp. (TSX:BTO). Miner. Down 11 cents, or 2.76 per cent, to $3.87 on seven million shares.
Birchcliff Energy Ltd. (TSX:BIR). Oil and gas. Up 84 cents, or 10.69 per cent, to $8.70 on six million shares.
Trevali Mining Corp. (TSX:TV). Miner. Up eight cents, or 11.27 per cent, to 79 cents on 5.7 million shares.
Barrick Gold Corp. (TSX:ABX). Miner. Up 33 cents, or 1.21 per cent, to $27.69 on 5.2 million shares.

Valeant Pharmaceuticals International Inc. (TSX:VRX). Pharmaceutical. Up $1.58, or 5.62 per cent, to $29.69 on 1.6 million shares. Valeant Pharmaceuticals tried to reassure investors Thursday after its former CEO sold nearly US$100 million of equity in the troubled drug company. The Quebec-based drugmaker said Michael Pearson remains a large shareholder with 3.5 million shares after he dumped US$96.8 million worth of stock.
