Crime Stoppers most wanted: Delaphine April Haines

Crime Stoppers is asking the public’s assistance in locating the following female who is wanted on a province-wide warrant as of July 30, 2013. 

Delaphine April Haines (DOB 1979-08-20) is wanted for one count of theft, one count of flight from peace officer, one count of resist peace officer, one count of drive while suspended and one count of drive while prohibited.  Haines is described as a 33-year-old non-white female, 5’7” tall and 181 lbs.  She has brown hair and brown eyes.  Crime Stoppers will pay cash for information leading to the arrest of this suspect.
