Police from two provinces raid Hells Angels clubhouse in Kelowna

KELOWNA – The Hells Angels clubhouse in Kelowna was raided today and several items were seized.

Police surrounded and taped off the house on Ellis Street in Kelowna’s north end shortly before 1 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 25.

A media release from Const. Jesse O’Donaghey says it was a joint operation between Kelowna RCMP and officers of the Alberta Law Enforcement Response Team who executed a search warrant.

“Investigators have seized a travel trailer, allegedly reported stolen in Alberta, from the property and arrested a 50-year-old Alberta woman found inside that trailer,” O’Donaghey says.

Global Okanagan reports a member of the Hells Angels says the trailer is not related to the clubhouse.

O’Donaghey says investigators also seized evidence from inside the residence as part of the ongoing investigation.
