Prosecutor: Lawyer who took daughter to Canada for child pornography is predator

CONCORD, N.H. – Two men in the trial of a New Hampshire lawyer charged with exploiting her 14-year-old daughter to produce child pornography say the woman videotaped them having sex with the girl.

They testified in court Wednesday, where jurors watched videotapes of the encounters.

One says he spent a weekend with mother and daughter in a motel room in Niagara Falls, Ont., in May 2012.

The other says he lived with them for several months in Manchester. He moved out in September and turned himself in to police. That triggered the woman’s arrest.

The 43-year-old woman pleaded not guilty to multiple counts of sexual exploitation of a child and creating child pornography.

The woman has not been named to avoid identifying her daughter.
