Last chance to have your say on Kelowna signs
Residents and businesses are encouraged to share their thoughts about proposed changes to the Sign Bylaw by Sunday, Nov 13.
The existing sign bylaw was adopted in 1998 and updates are being proposed to make it current with new and emerging technology, streamline information and procedures and meet best practices in the industry.
Proposed changes will consider regulations for signage to support businesses, set standards and protect the character of neighbourhoods.
The draft sign bylaw is anticipated to be submitted for council’s consideration in the fall of 2016.
