
Mailboxes broken into at Kaleden post office
PENTICTON – Several people could be missing mail after mailbox's at the Kaleden post office were pried open on the weekend.
Penticton RCMP spokesperson Rick Dellebuur says a suspect or suspects broke into the mailboxes at the Canada Post office on Lakehill Road sometime between 9 a.m. and 5:30 p.m., Sunday, Nov. 6.
The door to the post office lobby which houses the boxes was undamaged.
Dellebuur says it is unknown at this time what was taken from the pried open mailboxes.
