KELOWNA – A Kelowna man accused of assaulting someone with a gun on Hein Road was denied bail today.
Claygon Zeleniski, 46, is charged with assault causing bodily harm, using a firearm to commit an offence and two counts of assault with a weapon. He was arrested with co-accused Troy Gallant, 46, on Sept. 26.
Judge Gregory Koturbash denied Zeleniski bail in Kelowna Provincial Court Nov. 30 for reasons protected by a publication ban.
Zeleniski has an extensive criminal record that includes multiple assaults and condition breaches.
He and Gallant will next appear in court Thursday, Dec. 1.
