You can help solve a string of West Kelowna mailbox thefts

WEST KELOWNA –  Police are searching for the thief or thieves who broke into several community mailboxes last month.

A Canada Post representative reported mail thefts on Nov. 19 and Nov. 20 from the following community mailboxes: 

• 4012 Gellatly Road
• 4153 Gellatly Road
• 4223 Gellatly Road
• 2431 Whitworth Road
• 4010 Angus Drive

According to Central Okanagan Crime Stoppers, the best way to avoid being a victim of mail fraud is to collect mail regularly and to always report suspicious activity to authorities.
