NEW YORK, N.Y. – John Krasinski will be getting some A-list officemates in the new play “Dry Powder” — Claire Danes and Hank Azaria are jumping aboard.
The off-Broadway Public Theater said Thursday that the stars of “Homeland” and “The Simpsons” will also appear in playwright Sarah Burgess’ behind-the-scenes look inside a private equity firm.
The Public says the play is “about the people moulding and messing with the American economy” and “about the price of success and the real cost of getting the deal done.”
Thomas Kail, who has directed “Hamilton,” ”In the Heights,” and “Lombardi” on Broadway, will direct. Previews begin March 1.
