Holiday hours for RDOS facilities

This Holiday Season will change hours for a number of RDOS facilities

The RDOS Main Office at 101 Martin Street in Penticton will be closed the entire week between Christmas and New Year’s. The office will close at the end of day Friday, December 23rd and reopen Tuesday, January 3.

There will be no changes to curbside collection over the holidays for rural RDOS customers in Naramata and Rural Oliver. Normal garbage collection will occur on Boxing Day and the following Monday.

All local RDOS landfills in Penticton, Oliver, Okanagan Falls and Keremeos will be closed on Boxing Day, Monday December 26th, Christmas Day and New Year’s Day.

During the Holidays, the Keremeos Landfill will be open on Saturday December 24th, Christmas Eve, and Saturday December 31st, New Year’s Eve. Hours for the alternate opening days will be from 10 am to 4 pm.
