West Kelowna crews douse fire at duplex

WEST KELOWNA – Firefighters quickly dealt with a small fire at a duplex in West Kelowna this morning.

Crews were called to the fire at about 11:10 a.m. today, Dec. 21, at a home in the 3300 block of McMillan Road in Glenrosa.

West Kelowna firefighters quickly knocked down the blaze in a wall likely sparked by an electric heater.

A man, woman, two dogs and a cat made it out of the home safely.
