Cagney loves to give sloppy kisses. Cagney is scared of loud noises, so it is important that you watch her closely around traffic, thunder, and fireworks.
Enrolling her in basic dog obedience would benefit her greatly and surely help form a bond. Cagney has a wonderful temperament that will quickly capture your heart.
She is not a dog who will be able to co-exist with another canine.
