Looking for a forever home; Penticton SPCA pet of the week

PENTICTON – Hammer is a four-year-old Bull Mastiff. Hammer has lived with cats, dogs, birds, poultry and livestock, as well as children.

Hammer is friendly, calm, cuddly and has an excellent temperament.

He listens well and knows how to sit, stay, come down and heel. He walks well on leash and is a pleasure to be around. Hammer would be best matched with someone who isn't looking for an overly active companion.

Hammer is currently dealing some health issues. He's suffering from chronic bacterial and yeast infections, and is currently receiving treatment for this. These infections may be due to allergies or other causes. Hammer will need ongoing treatment to manage this and hopefully he will completely recover with time.

Hammer's Animal ID is 423602.
