VERNON – Katara is a timid little angel who is looking for someone calm and patient.
This little kitty needs someone to give her attention and love so she can comfortably come out of her shell.
She is a curious girl that will come out to the front of her bed and stare at you curiously while you are working in the room.
Since moving into a foster home Katara has shown that she has lots of personality.
