Two alleged shoplifters caught on camera in Valleyview store

KAMLOOPS – Crime Stoppers is asking for the public's help in identifying two alleged shoplifters who are believed to have stolen items from a Valleyview store.

Kamloops and District Crime Stoppers says in a Facebook post that a man and woman were working together but smart enough to enter the building separately.

The pair allegedly met up in the store for a brief time before going their separate ways. A store employee watched the two but when they split up, the employee could only follow one. According to the post, staff allegedly noticed missing items from where one of the suspects had been standing.

The man is described as Caucasian, in his mid-30s, short dark hair and wearing a heavy grey parka. The woman is also Caucasian, in her late-30s, with blonde hair and wearing a black ski jacket.

The post did not disclose what store the duo had been in or what had been stolen.

If you know these suspects you're asked to contact Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
