
Three car crash in Kamloops sends one to hospital
KAMLOOPS – A three-vehicle crash in Kamloops today sent one person to hospital.
RCMP say at about 11:40 a.m. today, March 1, two vehicles were stopped at a red light on Halston Avenue when they were hit by a third.
The driver in the middle vehicle sandwiched between the other two was transported to Royal Inland Hospital with minor injuries, according to an RCMP media release.
Police say the driver who caused the collision was impaired due to medication and given 24 hour prohibition along with a ticket for driving without due care.
