Atlatsa Resources posts loss of $6.8 million in 4th quarter

VANCOUVER – VANCOUVER, British Columbia (AP) _ Atlatsa Resources Corp. (ATLRF) on Wednesday reported a loss of $6.8 million in its fourth quarter.

The Vancouver, British Columbia-based company said it had a loss of 1 cent per share.

The platinum metals producer posted revenue of $33.1 million in the period.

For the year, the company reported that its loss widened to $129.5 million, or 23 cents per share. Revenue was reported as $159.5 million.

The company’s shares closed at 3 cents. A year ago, they were trading at 16 cents.
