OLIVER – The cause of Wednesday's fire northeast of Oliver on Orofino Road is still unknown but investigators are calling it suspicious.
Willowbrook Fire Department and Oliver RCMP were called to fight the fire at the rural residence at 10:26 a.m. Sept. 17. Investigators would like to speak with three males seen on dirt bikes in the area and possibly a female also seen at the time of the fire.
Anyone with information can contact the Oliver RCMP detachment at 250-498-3422 and indicate file number 2104 2014-5125 or indirectly through Crime Stoppers at www.crimestoppers.net or by calling 1-800-222-8477.
