Kelowna man charged with five counts of voyeurism

KELOWNA – A 39-year-old Kelowna man faces five charges related to voyeurism in connection to separate incidents in 2015 and 2016.

Todd Arthur Peters, born in 1978, is charged with five counts of secretly recording or observing nudity in a private place in Kelowna.

The first four charges are alleged to have occurred between June 10 and June 21, 2016 and the fifth sometime between Dec. 1, 2015 and Oct. 30, 2016, according to Crown spokesperson Dan McLaughlin.

He next appears in Kelowna provincial court March 30.

Peters has no criminal record in B.C. and no other details have been released about the incidents.

The allegations have not be proven in court.
