KAMLOOPS – Yesterday rescue crews were called to help an injured hiker stranded on a sharp cliff in the Cinnamon Ridge area of Kamloops.
After Steven Latchford fell approximately 40 feet and sustained injuries, he became stuck in rough terrain. Rescue crews were required to extract him.
According to Kamloops Search and Rescue manager Alan Hobler, Latchford sustained minor injuries.
Collaboration from Kamloops Search and Rescue, Kamloops Fire Rescue and RCMP, led to Latchford's succesful rescue.
