Temporary ER closures in Logan Lake
LOGAN LAKE – The emergency department at Logan Lake Health Centre will be closed twice this week following an 'unexpected limited physician availability.'
The closures will take place today, Tuesday, Aug. 27, and Friday, Aug. 30, though the rest of the health centre will remain open as usual. The emergency department normally operates from 8 a.m. to noon.
Interior Health is recommending those with non-urgent matters use the emergency departments or walk-in clinics in Kamloops or Merritt or call HealthLink B.C. At 8-1-1. In the event of an emergency call 9-1-1.
