Investigators are not releasing his name and are in the process of contacting his next of kin.
This morning, April 9, shortly before 8 a.m., police and emergency crews were called to Cameron Park in the 2300 block of Richter Street, according to a release from Cpl. Jesse O'Donaghey.
"Despite efforts made by emergency personnel, the man was sadly pronounced deceased at the scene," Cpl. Jesse O'Donaghey says.
The BC Coroners Service has taken over the investigation.
