City closes sports fields in Penticton due to rain
PENTICTON – All the recent rain has forced the City to close the sport fields in Penticton.
The fields aren’t playable, according to a City of Penticton media release, and there are concerns about player safety and damage to the fields.
The sports fields will be closed today, April 13, and tomorrow.
The City says they will reopen on Saturday.
