
Public celebration of life planned for former Kamloops mayor
KAMLOOPS – For those wishing to pay their final respects to former Kamloops mayor John Dormer, a public event has been organized.
A celebration Dormer’s life will be taking place at the Coast Hotel and Conference Centre at 1250 Rogers Way on April 29 at 2 p.m.
Dormer passed away at the Royal Inland Hospital surrounded by family on April 14.
The family is requesting that instead of flowers donations be sent to the Marjorie Willoughby Snowden Memorial Hospice Home in Kamloops.
