Christy Clark, Adrian Dix, both confident as B.C. voters choose Liberals or NDP

VANCOUVER – Premier Christy Clark is optimistic about the chances of her Liberal party as voters decide B.C.’s political future for the next four years.

Speaking during a quick visit to Vancouver’s Chinatown this morning, Clark says she feels very positive about the Liberal campaign.

Adrian Dix and the New Democrats are heavily favoured to form government, but Clark says she believes the Liberal campaign reached voters.

Clark says she is confident that she drove home the message about her party’s stand on the economy and job creation.

She is also urging British Columbians to exercise their right to vote.

The premier will spend the day in her Vancouver-Point Grey riding before she and Dix join their supporters at separate downtown Vancouver hotels to await election results.
