Cats aren't always the brightest of animals, and Buddy has one of those moments after he falls from a counter while in a plastic bag and proceeds to freak out.

While he dashes about his owner tries to chase him down and calm him to get the bag off.

If you're concerned about his well being the owner posted another YouTube video later on showing Buddy sleeping with a feline friend.
