Michael Jackson tribute artist moonwalks into Kamloops, Vernon

KAMLOOPS – Anyone who missed the chance to catch the late Michael Jackson in his prime can see the next best thing when a tribute artist arrives this summer.

Fans can hear more than 20 of Jackson’s top hits like Billie Jean, Thriller and Smooth Criminal when The Michael Jackson HIStory Show launches at Kamloops' Sagebrush Theatre on July 23. The show stops in Vernon on July 24 at the Vernon and District Performing Arts Centre. 

Musician and impersonator Dantanio is the star of the show. He starting preforming at 9-years-old, according to a media release.

Tickets start at $59 and are available online at the Kamloops Live box office.

Organizers say they want the show to “honour the life, music and creative genius of Michael Jackson.”
