Veteran receiver Bryant adjusting to new position and new offence with Argos

MISSISSAUGA, Ont. – Romby Bryant has plenty to adjust to with the Toronto Argonauts.

The veteran receiver is not only in a new city with a new team, he’s also learning a new offence in training camp while at a new position.

Bryant, 33, who signed with Toronto as a free agent this off-season, is playing slotback after being a wide receiver for three years with the Calgary Stampeders.

The six-foot-one, 191-pound Bryant had 183 catches for 2,477 yards and 22 touchdowns with Calgary and suited up for the Stampeders in their 35-22 Grey Cup loss to Toronto last November.

Bryant is entering his sixth CFL season having registered 295 career receptions for 4,428 yards and 31 TDs.
