Now that’s drunk

PEACHLAND – A drunk driver caused plenty of damage in Peachland before being caught by police and blowing three times the legal limit.

West Kelowna RCMP Cpl. Steve Woodcox says police were called around 8 p.m. and told by witnesses that the driver collided with several parked vehicles and light posts on Beach Avenue. They found and arrested the 54-year-old Peachland resident, who will appear in court in December to face several criminal charges including impaired driving.
