A hot air balloon collision doesn't sound like a scary situation, but during the weekend things got dicey for participants of a festival in Illinois.

A gust of wind dragged two balloons together as they took off.

While one is able to get altitude and get stable, the other struggles and hits the ground repeatedly, throwing passengers about and the operator out of the basket.
