Come celebrate in your new Jim Lind arena

MP Dan Albas and West Kelowna Mayor and Council cordially invite all West Kelowna residents to attend the official opening of the newly-renovated Jim Lind Arena, including a free public skate!

The $1.1 million Jim Lind Arena renovation project, funded in part through a $250,126 grant from the Government of Canada under the Community Infrastructure Improvement Fund, included:

–  New concrete ice floor
–  New rink boards
–  New rink glass          
–  New rink lights
–  New washrooms
–  New rubber flooring

Jim Lind Arena also has a new score clock, courtesy of West Kelowna’s participation in Hockeyville 2012.
