Lakeshore Drive motel sells for more than three million dollars
PENTICTON – One of Penticton’s waterfront motels on Lakeshore Drive has been sold.
The 46 room Slumber Lodge located at 274 Lakeshore Dr. in Penticton sold for $3.55 million, according to Western Investor.
The two storey motel was built in 1960 and has modern upgrades on a 1.2 acre site zoned for tourist commercial.
The property was assessed for $3,122,200 in 2016.
The sale was also noted on June 14 on the businesses' Facebook page, adding all reservations and deposits were intact.
