Home burgled in Lake Country

LAKE COUNTRY- A burglary needs the community to come forward with information.

The Central Okanagan Crime Stoppers issued a release yesterday, July 27, stating tips are needed to catch the perpetrators of a break, enter and theft that occurred July 18 between 9:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m.

According to the release, thieves walked into a Powley Court home dumped jewellery onto the bed, picked through it and stole some inexpensive pieces as well as a wedding and engagement ring set. The suspects also emptied two wallets of their contents which included ID, credit cards, cash and debit cards. Also, a black guitar and case were also taken from the home.
