Swede Caroline Hedwall leads after third round of CN Canadian Women’s Open

EDMONTON – Swedish golfer Caroline Hedwall is the player to beat heading into Sunday’s final round of the CN Canadian Women’s Open.

Hedwall shot a six-under 64 to lead the field after three rounds at Edmonton’s Royal Mayfair Golf Club.

Hedwall is at 10-under-par.

Lydia Ko of New Zealand and Suzann Pettersen of Norway are tied for second, just one stroke back.

The 16-year-old Ko is the defending champion at the tournament.

Inbee Park, the top-ranked golfer in the world, shot a four-over 74 to fall six back of the lead.
