MORENO VALLEY, Calif. – The Latest on a double killing outside a Southern California (all times local):
11:45 a.m.
Authorities say a man and a 17-year-old boy gunned down outside an inland Southern California restaurant were brothers.
Riverside County officials say investigators are interviewing witnesses as they try to put together a description of a suspect in the shooting Wednesday evening in Moreno Valley.
Sheriff’s Deputy Mike Vasquez says the adult male and his 17-year-old brother were found dead in a car in the parking lot of a Jack in the Box restaurant.
Detectives have not identified a possible motive. Vasquez says detectives are reviewing surveillance video from the area east of Los Angeles.

Riverside County authorities responding to a report of a shooting found a man and a 17-year-old boy dead in Moreno Valley.
The Sheriff’s Department says the discovery was made around 8:20 p.m. Wednesday.
No other details have been released, including the names of the man and teenager.
The Southern California News Group reports that one victim was found in a car near a fast-food restaurant.
