4:45 p.m.

The mother of a suspect wanted in connection with a fatal shooting in Vermont has pleaded not guilty to helping with the crime.

Sixty-two-year-old Carmen Guttilla, of Highgate, was being held without bail on Monday.

Vermont State Police are looking for her daughter, 31-year-old Erika Guttilla, and 28-year-old Corey Cassani in connection with the shooting death of a man whose remains were found in the woods.

They are considered armed and dangerous.

Police say the victim has been tentatively identified as 35-year-old Troy Ford, of Highgate. Two women walking their dogs found the remains Saturday.

Police say he was shot several months ago by Guttilla. The office of the attorney for Carmen Guttilla had no information about the case.
