FARGO, N.D. – A contractor says prep work has begun on a downtown Fargo high-rise building that will include condominiums, a hotel and office space.
KFGO radio says early stages of construction on the $117 million Block 9 tower will start with crew sizes of 20 to 25 workers.
The 18-story building will have an adjoining 380-stall parking ramp connected by a skyway and a public plaza.
City commissioners last year approved $15.5 million in tax breaks for the project on Broadway and 3rd Ave N.
