Kamloops Blazers edge visiting Kelowna Rockets

KELOWNA – Garrett Pilon scored the winner at 19:21 of the third period as Kamloops slipped past the Rockets.

Collin Shirley, on the power play, and Nick Chyzowski opened the scoring for the Blazers (32-25-9), who won their third straight.

Tomas Soustal and Tyson Baillie responded with power-play goals in the third for Kelowna (44-18-3).

Blazers goalie Connor Ingram was named first star for the second night in a row.
