KAMLOOPS – RCMP members are asking the driver of a dark blue '90s-model Honda prelude involved in an incident near the Overlanders Bridge Sunday afternoon to come forward.
The incident happened at around 2:15 p.m. Mounties say a motorcyclist crashed his bike after a vehicle allegedly made an unsafe lane-change in front of him on the south end of the bridge. Officers believe the driver of the vehicle made the last minute lane-change in order to take the summit drive exit.
The motorcyclist was not injured while a young female passenger was transferred to Royal Inland Hospital for non-life-threatening injuries.
