PENTICTON – After being closed for the afternoon, the Hope-Princeton Highway has reopened again near Princeton.
Drive B.C. updated its reported road closure of Highway 3, 15 kilometres east of Princeton at 5:50 p.m to say the road has reopened in both directions
The highway was initially reported closed for vehicle recovery this morning, Jan.2. around 11:30 a.m.
A detour was available via Old Hedley Road.
Updates can be found on the Drive B.C. website.
– This story was updated at 2:30 p.m. Jan. 2 and again at 6:30 p.m. to provide more accurate information regarding the location of the closure.
