Interest in local hotel and motel real estate continues
OKANAGAN FALLS – Another South Okanagan hotel is on the sale block.
The Okanagan Falls Hotel is on the market, carrying a $3.2 million price tag.
The 18,000 square foot hotel has three liquor licenses including, a beer and wine store, restaurant and 12 rooms for rent upstairs, with an apartment.
The building has undergone a number of upgrades and renovations over the past few years.
The sale includes a lot across the street, purchased by the hotel for overflow parking.
Realtor Janice Poncé, who holds the listing under Royal LePage Locations West Realty, says the “boutique hotel” is a small but complete business, fully self-contained.
It was listed Tuesday.
Several Penticton motels changed hands last year in the Peach City as commercial realtors reported strong interest in motels.
Poncé says that interest is continuing into 2018.
