Mix of rain and snow expected on Coquihalla, Okanagan Connector

Drivers should be aware of the possibility of mixed rain and snow on the Coquihalla Highway and Okanagan Connector until Tuesday morning.

Environment Canada issued a special weather statement warning travellers about dangerous conditions from Hope to Merritt, Hope to Princeton via Allison Pass, Merritt to Kelowna and Paulson Summit to Kootenay Pass.

A Pacific weather system is moving across B.C. creating mixed rain and wet snow at higher elevations.
