ECN Capital Corp. (TSX:ECN). Financial Services. Up two cents, or 0.59 per cent, to $3.40 on 8.5-million shares.
Baytex Energy Corp. (TSX:BTE). Oil and gas. Up 46 cents, or 8.50 per cent, to $5.87 on 7.7-million shares.

Telus Corp. (TSX:T). Communication services. Down 30 cents, or 0.70 per cent, to $42.80 on 669,017 shares. After sending out a tweet in support of the federal government’s proposed carbon pricing plan, Telus has issued an apology to angry customers threatening to take their business elsewhere. The telecom giant said the tweet was not meant to be partisan or political, and apologized for it in another tweet sent today.
