Looking for a forever home; Kamloops SPCA pet of the week
KAMLOOPS – Daisy was surrendered to the B.C. SPCA due to her having litter box issues in her previous home.
According to animal care attendant, Lyndsay Stewart, Daisy has a history of inappropriately eliminating outside of the litter box possibly due to stress. Results from her urinalysis show no medical cause for her inappropriate elimination.
Daisy's future home should not have any other cats, and Stewart is uncertain whether or not she would do well with a dog.
Stewart recommends Daisy should go to a low stress, quiet home, be fed a healthy diet, and receive regular annual vet check ups. She claims this will all be important to help prevent incontinence in a new home.
Daisy loves attention and would do well with an owner who can spend lots of time with her Stewart says. She is certain Daisy will make a wonderful, loving companion.
