Vancouver police warn of perverted prowlers, say don’t wait to call 911
VANCOUVER – Vancouver police say they’re investigating a number of sexually motivated offences in the city.
Police say since the start of October, they’ve responded to numerous prowler calls and incidents of men exposing themselves or masturbating in public.
They’re urging residents who see someone prowling in their neighbourhood not to wait to call 911.
Most of the incidents happened between 5 p.m. and 7 a.m.
The department’s Sex Crimes Unit has taken over the investigation.
