Hamilton Tiger-Cats make last practice a short one before Grey Cup

REGINA – The Hamilton Tiger-Cats made their last practice ahead of Grey Cup a short one.

The Ticats spent no more than half a hour Saturday on the chilly Mosaic Stadium field where the temperature was minus-16 and felt like minus-25.

The forecast is better for Sunday’s kickoff at minus-three or four.

The Eastern champions have plenty of motivation. They are the underdog going into the game and they feel that they have been ignored in the local love-in for the hometown Roughriders.

Quarterback Henry Burris says the team is dialed in and ready to go.
