Kelowna man charged with another assault

KELOWNA – A 22-year-old Kelowna man with a lengthy criminal history has been arrested for another assault.

Justin Alan Pichler, born in 1995, is charged with two counts of breaching probation, driving while prohibited and assault causing bodily harm for an incident that happened in Kelowna Jan. 16, 2018. Court records indicate the assault was allegedly a domestic assault. 

Pichler has prior convictions for two assaults, breaking and entering to commit an indictable offence as well as multiple breaches of court orders.

He was released on bail today, Feb. 14, and is scheduled to appear in court again March 5.
