Explosion at fireworks workshop in Mexico kills 2
MEXICO CITY – Mexican officials say two people have died and one person was injured when a home holding a clandestine fireworks workshop exploded.
The explosion occurred in Tultepec in Mexico state outside the capital. A massive chain reaction explosion at the town’s fireworks market in December killed several dozen people.
The state’s civil defence agency said in a statement that the explosion occurred Tuesday evening. The victims had not been identified.
